Akihabara cosplay event "Akikos』.
This event, which had been put on hold due to the effects of the coronavirus, has now made a grand comeback.
This time, Akihabara Base Camp also participated as a press representative, so we would like to send you an event report.

What is "Akikos"?

"AkiCos is a cosplay performance event held once a month in Akihabara, with the aim of reviving cosplay culture in Akihabara."

Both the performers and participants were extremely enthusiastic, and it was a wonderful event that brought the entire venue together.

Akikos Event Report

On May 29, 2022, Akihabara was bathed in scorching sunshine from the morning.

The venue is located right outside Suehirocho Station,VORT Suehirocho"B1F "COSMIC LAB" will be held.

This year marks the 64th Akikos, and they have managed to hold the event while dealing well with various social situations.It feels like an event that is put on with love by the organizers, staff, performers, and attendees.
