Chinese restaurant on Junk Street``Gankawa''.
It may be a little difficult for first-time visitors to get into as it has two entrances and is located in the basement of a building, but it is a beloved store that once even had a doujinshi created there.
In fact, it gets quite crowded at lunchtime, and the large portions of the lunch sets seem to be very popular.
Of course, it's not just the volume.
ProperlyIt's delicious!!
By the way, if you search for Gan River on the internet,
"When you think of Gankawa, you think of beef tendon fried rice!!"
"When it comes to beef tendon fried rice, it's Gankawa!!"
"Weekends only!!!"
So, beef tendon informationMega servingBut what I ate this time was...

Don☆
Chilled dandan noodles!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, becauseIt was hot.
Well, that's it.
A version where the sauce for cold Chinese noodles has been replaced with the sauce for dandan noodles.
It's a cold dandan soup with a strong sesame flavor, so it has a bang bang chicken feel and is delicious.

There are also quite large pieces of shredded pork slices in it, so it really feels like you're eating meat.
However, I felt like there was a little less noodles than the toppings, so I didn't really feel like I was eating noodles.

When you order chilled dandan noodles, they will serve this chili oil with it, so you can add the spiciness yourself.
When you add nothing to it, it's not spicy at all, so if you like spicy food, don't hesitate to add it.

And GankawaThe menu cover is the coolest in the universeYep!!!
I tried something I'm not used to, but how did it go?
Did you get the feeling of chilled dandan noodles?
Even if it doesn't get through to you, I'll keep doing stuff like this, so please keep watching!!
