[August 2020] Akihabara store closings
This year, I will continue to compile a list of stores that have closed in Akihabara.
2020 was a year of chaos due to the coronavirus.
I wonder what will happen in 2021.
So, how many stores were closed in December 2020?
I've compiled information on store closures.

Tenkaichi Hirakawacho store
Closing date: Late June 2020
Located on Showa Street, this is a local Chinese restaurant where you can eat your fill at reasonable prices, with dishes such as ramen and fried rice sets.
It was convenient because it was open until midnight, but it had closed down without me noticing.
PRONTO Akihabara store

This chain restaurant is based on the concept of an Italian bar and offers a wide variety of menu items, including coffee, pasta, and alcohol in the evening.
This time, the store near Asakusabashi Station at the Showa-dori exit of Akihabara Station has closed.
But I didn't expect them to be closed on Christmas!
Pronto Akihabara Station North Exit store on the first floor of Daito Building and Pronto Ilbar UDX Akihabara Ichiban store inside UDX are still open.

Sanwa Print
Closing date: Thursday, June 31, 2020
A long-established stamp shop that used to operate in Akihabara's electronics district.
There are also plenty of services for otaku, such as wooden nameplates of characters from a certain game.
It came to an end at the end of 2020, ending a history of over 50 years.
Jonathan's to close! Musashino Mori Coffee to open in January 2021
Jonathan's, a beloved spot that was quietly quiet, has closed down.
However, it seems that the store will change its business model and become a cafe-style store, so it should be fine as a rest spot.
I was also surprised to find that Tenkaichi on Showa-dori had closed down without me noticing.
Due to the effects of COVID-12, customers have declined, and many stores have likely closed at the end of December.
