What will happen to Akihabara with the third state of emergency declaration?

Subculture shops are closing down.
Toranoana Akihabara Store B and Akihabara Store C will be closing, and the reasons for the closures are listed as being due to building reconstruction and the expiration of tenant contracts, but given the closures of Toranoana stores around the country, it is likely that the coronavirus has also had a significant impact.
A third state of emergency was declared on April 25, 2021, and many stores are currently closed.
The situation remains difficult and there is still no end in sight.
