On May 2, 2024, "Belgian Fries Stand bintje." will open on Junk Street.
I was curious to know what the fries at a french fry specialty shop are like, so I went to try some!

Belgian fries stand bintje. is located on Junk Street near Suehirocho Station, next to Hobby Off.
*I ate so quickly that I forgot to take photos, so some of the images are screenshots from the video I created.

You can choose from three sizes of fries: regular, large, and anime-sized.
Being an anime lover, I wanted to eat the anime platter, but it was sold out that day.
I decided to order a large.

There are many dipping sauces to choose from.
Want to try a different flavor? You can add more for an additional 100 yen.

The serving size of the large size looks like this.
It was just the right size for two adult men to eat as a snack.

I took this photo after eating a little and remembering.

The potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
The sweetness of the potato itself matched well with the salt.

The dipping sauce is at the top of the container.
It may seem like a small amount compared to the potatoes, but as mentioned above, the potatoes themselves are flavorful, so it's enough.
In fact, I had some left over after finishing my meal.

By the way, they also sell alcoholic beverages.
A great companion for your Akihabara stroll!
To be honest, I thought they were a little pricey for French fries, but when I tried them, I realized that they were not!
The taste and quantity were so satisfying that I'll definitely be ordering it again, and I'm already looking forward to trying other dipping sauces.
This is a recommended snack to accompany your stroll around Akihabara!
