We caught word on social media that a Gundam-wrapped vending machine has been installed at Radio Kaikan!
So I was curious to know how many vending machines with character wrapping there are in Akihabara, so I did some research.

Illustrator goods vending machine

Coffee Kizoku merchandise vending machine

The location is in front of the entrance to the pachinko parlor on the 1st floor of Don Quijote.
Towels, key chains, and other items were sold in vending machines.

There's a vending machine at Blend Dream Park too!

Exit Akihabara Station and walk straight down the road between Chabara and Akihabara UDX, and you will see Kanda Fire Station on your left.
If you continue straight ahead, you will find Blend Dream Park on your left, a place of relaxation for fans of Moe characters!
The store is a little out of the way, so first-time visitors might just walk right past it.

In addition to vending machines, there were also gachapon machines for dispensing badges.

Radio Kaikan 3

One of only two "Mobile Suit Gundam" mobile suit vending machines in Japan has been installed on the 7th floor of Akihabara Radio Kaikan.
At this vending machine, you can purchase cans that are a collaboration between the famous canned coffee "Georgia Emerald Mountain Blend," celebrating its 25th anniversary, and "Mobile Suit Gundam," celebrating the 40th anniversary of the start of the TV anime broadcast.
When you purchase it, you can hear an original voice from the vending machine that combines famous quotes from Amuro and Char.
Apparently there are 10 original voices in total.
I want to hear all 10 of these!!
It will be installed for a limited time until November 20, 2019.

[Bonus] The dustbin attached to the vending machine is wrapped in character design!

Tsukuba Express 1

A vending machine designed based on the new "TX-3000 series" train has been installed inside Tsukuba Express Akihabara Station.
The dustbin attached to the vending machine has a picture of the railway girl "Akiha Mirai" on it.
However, the vending machine itself is not wrapped in character design, so this time we are introducing it as a bonus.
