Report on the Great Godzilla Special Effects Kingdom event currently being held at Tokyo Dome City

I went to the "Great Godzilla Special Effects Kingdom - All Godzillas Gather!! - in Tokyo Dome City," which has been held since May 22, 2021, at Gallery AaMo in Tokyo Dome City, which is within walking distance from Akihabara, so I'd like to report on what it was like.

There are lots of Godzillas even before you enter

When you arrive at Tokyo Dome City, you'll find Godzilla's footprints!

If you follow

Godzilla's tail,

There are photo spots such as illuminations!
You can enjoy this without paying an admission fee, so be sure to check it out if you're in the area!

Exhibits at the Great Godzilla Special Effects Kingdom

Godzilla from the MonsterVerse will welcome you at the entrance to the venue.
It's a shame that the release of "VS Kong" has been postponed...
Under normal circumstances, I would have been able to come and see the movie with an even higher level of Godzilla fever.

When you enter, the first thing you see is the original Godzilla.

Introductions to past works and scripts are on display.

In between the introductions to the works, there will also be displays of prop replicas of the Oxygen Destroyer.

The red bamboo fighter plane was a prop used for filming at the time, and you can even see the wires for the missile gimmick.

Godzillasaurus slices,

There are many exhibits from the VS series onwards, such as Baby Godzilla's head.

You can also see Battra's flapping gimmick.

There was also an impressive diorama.
The weapons are props for filming, and Godzilla is apparently a model made for an event display in 94.

The "Gojiban" exhibit is very satisfying.
Shin Oji and Mothra are very impressive.

We have introduced some of the exhibits at "Great Godzilla Special Effects Kingdom - All Godzillas Gather!! - in Tokyo Dome City."
There are many other exhibits, but as the title suggests, "All Godzillas Gathered Together!", the main focus is on Godzilla, so fans of other Toho monsters may find it a little disappointing.
However, the sight of all the Godzilla suits from the Millennium series is impressive and worth seeing.

The release of "Godzilla vs. Kong" has been postponed, but let's get the Godzilla fever going!
