-Tournament format with two groups
・Single elimination
・60 seconds, 3 rounds, first to win, first to win
・Block finals and finals will be best of two
・No character changes (costumes are free)
・Stage random

The winner of the 4th SNFC is
Ogura (Christie)was!
I ended up facing two of the three Honokas who were participating in this tournament, and ended up facing three Honokas in a row.
However, he won the match, never falling into the losers bracket, and took the championship in almost straight sets.
