It's closer to Kanda.

If you come by car to eat at the popular restaurant "Curry no Toriko," you might want to use this place.
But be aware that parking fees are expensive.
Also, if you're not familiar with the area, just search for "Non-REM Cosmetics" on a map and you'll find a parking lot across the street, making it easy to find.
