[August 2023] Akihabara store closings
The harsh summer has passed, and now it's September, and many people are suffering from symptoms of autumn fatigue due to the lingering heat and the temperature difference between morning and evening.
Here are some stores that closed this month:

Akihabara stores closing in May 2023 (in chronological order)

All seats are private rooms Minato Ichiya Akihabara Station Branch

Closing date: Friday, June 1, 2023
This seafood restaurant is located above Big Echo Akihabara Showaguchi, just outside Akihabara Station.
Meat House Ro-ku Akihabara Station Branch

Opening date: Thursday, March 3, 2016
Closing date: Friday, June 1, 2023
A meat bar located at the entrance to Showa-dori.
Minato Ichiya Akihabara Ekimae store, located in the same building, also closed on the same day.
Chicken soba and sea bream soba Kyosuke

Opening date: Monday, April 9, 2020
Closing date: Saturday, May 30, 2023
This ramen restaurant became a hot topic on social media after it changed its name from "Himura" to "Kyousuke."
In addition to chicken soba and sea bream salt soba, they also serve tsukemen and yakisoba.
Closed due to redevelopment of the area.
A new nine-story restaurant building is scheduled to be built on the site in 2025.
Kyosuke is closed
Restaurant closures have been particularly noticeable this month.
Kyosuke, which was renovated from the ramen restaurant Himuro, has closed.
The building in question is scheduled to be demolished, so the appearance of Junk Street is likely to change.
