JAEPO2023

The venue immediately after opening
The venue opened at 10:2 a.m. on February 10th, and lines quickly formed to try out popular titles.

Opening scene
About an hour and a half after the doors opened, the place was already bustling with activity.

Sega booth
The Sega booth was packed with games and photo booths in collaboration with "Project Sekai."

fast and furious
One thing that particularly caught our eye at the opening was a game cabinet based on the movie "The Fast and the Furious."
The cabinet had four large screens, a moving seat, lots of light, and Mega Max, making it an ultra-combo cabinet.
It's also impressive that the message that appears on the screen at the end of the game isn't "FINISH," as is common in racing games, but "TARGET DESTROYED."

Water Gun
This "Gan Gan Suideppo" is a shooting gun game for kids, but it's a very impactful cabinet in which water is actually shot from the gun towards the screen with considerable force.

Eiko booth
There were a lot of video games at the Eiko booth! In fact, this was the only place this time that had video games!

Momotaro
Chiikawa
Various characters will also be there to play, so be sure to take photos with them!

Many prize items on display

JAEPO also has a prize corner where many new prize items are on display.
Here we introduce what was on display at the Sega booth!

Project Sekai Plush Mascot
The hugely popular "Project Sekai" mascot.
It's a convenient size, so you can take it anywhere.

Miku 1
Luminasta Miku 2
The figure brand Luminasta has created three-dimensional figures of various popular characters, including "Jujutsu Kaisen," "Tokyo Revengers," "Evangelion," "Re:Zero," and "Hatsune Miku."
A distinctive feature of this series is that it does not have a unified format, but instead uses paintwork and sculpting that makes the most of each individual feature.

Choconose Yuu

Choconose Gotoyome
The Choconose series can be displayed in a variety of places and includes "Gotoyome" and "Nijigaku".

おひるねこ
The Ohiruneko series also features a lineup of seasonal content.

Tip'n'Pop
CHUBBY COLLECTION

Deformed figures are available in multiple lines, including Tip'n'Pop and CHUBBY COLLECTION.
Collect them in your favorite designs.

Miscellaneous items include tote bags featuring "Detective Conan," a new movie of which is scheduled to be released in April.

There was also a wide selection of Akihabara-style goods, including reclining stuffed toys.

Let's go to JAEPO for the first time in 3 years!

Although what was introduced this time was a business day, there were many games available to try out.
On the public day on February 11th, there will be merchandise sales and more, making it an event where you can have even more fun, so if you're interested, be sure to come along!
