Marusho Ramen Yodobashi Akiba Branch - Strong-flavored ramen
Marusho Ramen Yodobashi Akiba opened on September 25, 2023 on the 8th floor restaurant floor of Yodobashi Akiba.
I went to try it right away.

The ramen shop-like appearance that suddenly appears on the restaurant floor makes quite an impact.
The style is to purchase a ticket from the ticket machine at the entrance and then wait in line.

This time I selected the green onion Chinese noodles.
Amazingly, when you order noodles, you get free rice!
Of course you'd ask.

Even without the char siu topping, it is very satisfying as it contains multiple thinly sliced pieces of char siu.

The green onions topping is mixed with seasonings.
It's an appetizing visual.

The noodles are thin.
This time I ordered it regular, but it would have been delicious even if I ordered it firmer.
The soup was quite sharp, like the kind you'd get at a ramen shop that's saltier and has a stronger flavor.
There weren't any ramen restaurants of this style in Akihabara, so this would be a good option for variety.

The soup seems to be suitable for "rich" dishes, so you can make it milder by adding more oil or topping it with a raw egg.

I topped the complimentary rice with green onions to make a generic green onion bowl.
Yummy!!!
A new option for Akihabara ramen
There are many ramen restaurants in Akihabara, but there were no ramen shop-style establishments, so this store will fill that gap.
However, it is unclear whether this flavor will suit the clientele of restaurant floors on the upper floors of commercial facilities.
