Asakusabashi Craft Beer Brewery "VectorBrewing"

The brewery is quietly located in a back alley in Asakusabashi.
Several types of craft beer are aged in the silver brewing tanks, and in addition to being produced, you can also purchase craft beer directly from the brewery.

In participating in Monomachi Eleven this time,Four types of craft beer were brought to Asakusabashi Puzzle.

The venue for the tasting on this day was Asakusabashi Puzzle, a two-minute walk from the brewery.
It is normally open as a cafe, but it is also a stylish space that can be rented out for events.
The craft beers brought to Puzzle are four different types, each made using a different method.

Unfortunately, my favorite "IPA" didn't seem to be ready in time, so instead, "Dirty Old Man"A dark beer was available.

I immediately ordered a tasting comparison.
Anticipation grows as the beer is poured in the dimly lit, calm atmosphere.

No. 1 Vector Pale Ale

While you can clearly taste the unique flavor of ale beer, there is no lingering aftertaste and the aroma of beer leaves a subtle lingering aftertaste.
It has a slightly stronger bitterness than your average ale, making it perfect for enjoying the bitterness and aroma in your mouth.
It was the kind of beer you'd want to drink after work.

Number 2: Neko Punch

Neko Punch, the most popular beer in this tasting, is especially recommended for people who don't like beer.
Perhaps due to the influence of fruity spices, a refreshing taste and aroma spreads throughout your mouth.
The hops are stronger than the other three, but still less bitter than some of Japan's more famous beers.
