A report from the 2019 Summer Pota-Fes in Akihabara, Tokyo [Earphones]　

I went to Potafest 2019!

The Portable "Audio Festival" was held at Bellesalle Akihabara from July 13th to 14th, 2019, where companies from around the world related to portable audio, such as earphones and headphones, gathered to exhibit and listen to the latest models."Potafes 2019 Tokyo Akihabara"I went to the exhibition and listening booth, so here's a quick report.

I went on the first day of the event, the 13th.
After lunchtime, there were no more lines to enter except for the stage booths, and people were free to come and go as they pleased. Incidentally, admission to the merchandise and Potafest venues was free.

Near the entrance on the first floore☆EarphoneThere was a special merchandise corner where reasonably priced, high-quality earphones and headphones were on sale while supplies last, at special prices exclusive to this event.
There were products on sale, such as earphones, priced from 1000 yen, 3000 yen, and 5000 yen, and I think most of the visitors came to see this booth.
After all, audio equipment is expensive, so when it gets cheaper, of course you'll want to buy it.

And! There was a collaboration booth between the app game "The Idolmaster Million Live! Theater Days (Mirishita)", which celebrated its second anniversary this year, and Pota-Fes!

Inside the boothオンキヨーA digital audio player in collaboration with"DIGITAL MUSIC PLAYER XDP-20 ML"There was also an experience corner where you could listen to Mirishita music and actually play Mirishita on a large monitor.

At the Nihonbashi ear salon, you can experience ear cleaning while viewing the inside of your ear with a special camera.KaleidoscopeThere was a booth for this.

The event was packed with content, including a raffle where people could win original brand stickers and luxurious audio products just by listening to music or purchasing merchandise at each booth, as well as luxurious prizes that could be won through a free stamp rally held at selected venue booths.

I wasn't able to go this time, but it seems that there will be stage events such as talk shows with music artists, voice actors, and celebrities during the Potafest period.
Potafest Tokyo/Akihabara is held twice a year, so if you're interested in Potafest, why not give it a try?

By the way, as a producer, I felt a sense of duty and lined up at the Mirishita booth, where I received an original clear file!
