Ramen Hiro: Eat Hiroshima pork bone soy sauce ramen on Akihabara Showa Street
Have you heard of Ramen Hiro in Akihabara?
This restaurant serves Hiroshima pork bone soy sauce ramen and is located within a 5-minute walk from the station!
In fact, I have never eaten Hiroshima ramen. (I feel like I don't see much Hiroshima ramen in Tokyo anyway.)
So, I went to try it this time, and I'd like to introduce it to you, including what Hiroshima ramen is like!!
[box02 title="This article is recommended for these people!"] ・People who are interested in Hiroshima pork bone soy sauce ramen
・Looking for ramen in Akihabara
・I want to eat ramen in a hidden gem where there isn't much of a line
・Want to go eat ramen alone or with a small group?
・I like rich pork bone ramen[/box02]
Ramen Hiro is within a 5-minute walk from Akihabara Station!
Head to Ramen Hiro from the Showa-dori ticket gate!
If you are starting from Akihabara Station and want to get to Ramen Hiroshi, it is closest to exit from the Showa-dori exit.
First, go straight out the Showa-dori exit and cross the traffic light under the elevated Shuto Expressway Ueno Line.
After crossing the traffic light, turn left along the street under the overpass and you should soon see CoCo Ichibanya.
If you turn right at CoCo Ichibanya and go straight, you'll see it on your left!

The black storefront and the red letteringWide" is the landmark!
Red in HiroshimaSpeaking of which, I wonder if it's a certain baseball team? I thought as I entered the store.
I took Oto with me around 1pm on a weekday, but there was no line and only two or three people inside the restaurant, so I guess you could say it's a hidden gem where you don't have to wait in line.
I've also included information about the store, so please use it as a reference.

The store is filled with the manager's hobbies!
The atmosphere inside the restaurant is like a typical small, privately owned ramen shop!
Because it's a privately owned business, the manager's hobbies are scattered throughout the store.

On the store counter,Hiroshima CarpThere was a photo of it on display (as expected)
Next to it is a figure of Megumin from KonoSuba: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World!
Explosion!!

Next to Megumin are some cute and laid-back Nendoroids of Akai Shuichi and Amuro Toru from Detective Conan!
Next to it was an autograph (perhaps a baseball player's autograph?) and a photo of him wearing a baseball uniform.
As a great detective, I can deduce from this situation that the manager is:"A Hiroshima Carp fan who loves anime"!!
Let's try Hiroshima soy sauce pork bone ramen!
This time, I ordered the Char Siu Hiroshima Ramen (990 yen)!
Other menu items include tsukemen and dry dandan noodles.

*The price on the sign in front of the store seems a little different from the price on the ticket machine. I wonder if the price displayed is excluding tax?
Hiroshima ramen soup is a cloudy golden color similar to Iekei ramen.
It was quiet that day, so the bowl arrived within minutes of ordering!

There are eight slices of pork on it.Irresistible for meat loversright.
It also contains green onions and bean sprouts, making it a simple topping.
The soup is cloudy and golden in color, and since it has the same pork bone and soy sauce base, it feels similar to family ramen.
As for the taste of the soup, it wasn't as strong as the Iekei ramen, but rather had a mild taste that was closer to a light soy sauce ramen.
Of course, the pork bone flavor is just right so it doesn't become too heavy, so I would recommend it to people who find Iekei ramen a bit too strong!
The noodles are thin, similar to Hakata ramen.
The noodles are thin and stick well to the light soup!

When it comes to thin noodles in pork bone soup, Hakata pork bone ramen is famous, but this Hiroshima ramen is somewhat similar.
The pork slices are chewy and thick pork belly.

The pork slices are thick and have a firm texture. The more you chew the more the meat's flavor comes outIt was char siu.
However, as you can see from the picture, it is quite fatty, so if you don't like that, you might want to avoid char siu noodles.
I love fatty foods, so I ate eight of them in one go!
If you want to experience Hiroshima ramen, this is the place!
What do you think?
Ramen Hiro is not only delicious, but also the manager'sLove for HiroshimaIt was a famous restaurant where you could feel the atmosphere.
Hiroshima ramen is hard to find in Tokyo, but you can enjoy the authentic taste without having to go all the way to Hiroshima!
Hiroshima ramen isfamily lineageとHakata TonkotsuとLight soy sauceTheA fusion-like tasteIt was my first time eating it, and it was very fresh and delicious.
With the coronavirus pandemic making it difficult to travel far, why not try Ramen Hiro, where you can get a taste of Hiroshima?
Finally, I'll end with the usual 5-point rating!
