I tried Akihabara Ramen Wise's spicy tsukemen and the Akihabara store's exclusive pork soba.
Kanda Ramen WiseDid you know?
It is a global group with stores not only in Tokyo, but also in Korea and Singapore!
In such a group,Akihabara Ramen Wise" originally operated under the name Mensha Jumonji and serves family-style ramen.
(Although the restaurant does not directly refer to itself as a family business.)
Kanda Ramen Wise directly managed storeAkihabara Ramen WiseI went there so I'll give you a food review!

Akihabara Ramen Ways is located right at the ground level exit of Suehirocho Station!
This time I visited "Akihabara Ramen WiseIsSuehirocho StationIt's just a short walk from ground level exit 3.
When you come out of Exit 1 of Suehirocho Station, you will come to a large intersection, but if you walk towards Kanda Myojin for about a minute, you will see it on your left!
It is within walking distance from Akihabara Station, but it takes about 10 minutes to get there by foot.It takes about 10 minutes on footSo it takes about the same amount of time to get to Waizu, which is in front of Suehirocho Station.
Suehirocho Station is only served by the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, so please decide which station to go from based on the line you will be using.

By the way, there are about three ramen shops in a row on this street, so be careful not to go to the wrong shop!
Make sure there is a sign like the one below before entering!

This time, I visited around 12 o'clock on a Sunday, but there were already about five or six people waiting. (Photo on the right)
On this day, I finished the queue with a wait time of about 15 minutes.

There is a ticket machine in front of the store, so buy a meal ticket and hand it to the staff!
This time, I chose the popular menu item listed on the ticket machine:Wise's Pork Soba” (990 yen) and “Special Tsukemen” (1050 yen) will be reviewed here!

By the way, there was a poster under the ticket machine announcing that the restaurant won the Tokyo Ramen of the Year 2015-2016 award!
The reason why the winning restaurant's name is Mensha Jumonji is because it was previously operating under this name before changing to its current name, Akihabara Ramen Ways.
Kanda Ramen Group is a famous restaurant that has won numerous awards, including the Mail Order Ramen of the Year 2021 Newcomer Award and Iekei Ramen!
Is it closer to the Jiro style than the Iekei style? Wise's pork soba, exclusive to the Akihabara store!
First up is Wise's pork soba, exclusive to the Akihabara store!!

It comes topped with a mountain of vegetables, a hearty portion of pork char siu, and of course garlic.
This ramen is reminiscent of Jiro-style ramen!

The noodles are similar to Jiro style.Extra thick noodles!
The chewy texture of this thickness is irresistible.
The seasoning is based on the soy sauce flavor of family ramen, with a touch of Jiro-style flavor.
The amount of back fat is less than that of regular Jiro-style ramen,It's more subtle than it looksEven though I usually get so full after eating Jiro ramen that I can't move, I was able to finish it all in no time!
Akihabara Ramen Wise's tsukemen is quite spicy!
Next, I'll introduce you to the special tsukemen!

The spinach topping on the special tsukemen gives it the feel of a family ramen restaurant.
It looks like soy sauce based tsukemen, but the soup isIt's harder than I thought! !
It's got a strong spice kick, and the heat lingers in your mouth after you've eaten it!
Even though I don't particularly like spicy food and can eat it normally, I had to take breaks and drink water every now and then while eating!
If you don't like spicy food, you might want to avoid tsukemen.unknown.

The noodles used in the tsukemen are thick, chewy, smooth and easy to eat.
The umami of the soy sauce and the spices go well together, making this a dish I would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind spicy food!
Akihabara Ramen Wise offers more than just family-style ramen!
What do you think?
Akihabara Ramen Wise is a ramen shop that serves not only family-style ramen, but also spicy tsukemen and Jiro-style ramen, all of which are delicious.
The only thing I regret is that I missed out on the most important thing: the Iekei ramen.
However, both the pork soba and the tsukemen were delicious, so it was a restaurant that made me want to go back again to try their famous Iekei ramen!
Finally, I'll end with a five-point rating!!
