Spiral: The Bonds of Reasoning 20th Anniversary Exhibition Report (Part 2)
The other day, I posted an article reporting on the first half of the exhibition, but since the original artwork on display in the second half was different, I also went to the second half of the exhibition!!
I'm so glad I was able to get tickets for both the first and second half of the schedule...

I went to the Spiral: The Bonds of Reasoning original art exhibition (second half)
The original drawings are just as wonderful as those in the first half.
There's no need for unnecessary expressions.
It was simply inspiring!!

Colour illustrations on display

Here are the color illustrations.

I went to the original art exhibitions of the first and second halves.

In addition to the original drawings, there was also an exhibition of the Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine from when the series was serialized, as well as color pages from the beginning of the series, which brought back some nostalgia.
There were also overseas editions of the book on display, and I learned for the first time that the magazine had also been distributed overseas.

There were also message notes addressed to Professor Shirohira and Professor Mizuno, and everyone who came to the original art exhibition had written one.

I discovered autographed colored paper and writings on a whiteboard by Mizuno-sensei, which I hadn't been able to see when I visited the original art exhibition earlier!

The front of the postcard features a collaborative illustration of characters from "Urasekai Picnic" and "Spiral: The Bonds of Reasoning," both currently serialized in Monthly Shonen Gangan, along with a message from Mizuno!
On the back, the original author, Mr. Shirohira, wrote his thoughts on the 20th anniversary of his birth.
I was happy to be able to participate on both the first and second halves of the day.
Thank you very much to Professor Shirohira, Professor Mizuno, and BOOKMARK Asakusabashi for hosting such a wonderful event.
