STAND SOBA TOKYO Stand soba restaurant opens in Iwamotocho

"STAND SOBA TOKYO" will open on Yanagihara Street in Iwamotocho on June 10, 2024.
I went to try it right away!!

I tried the mini curry set at STAND SOBA TOKYO for 690 yen.

"STAND SOBA TOKYO" is a new store that has been renovated while retaining the sign of "Iwamotocho Stand Soba," which previously operated in this location.

The menu starts at 390 yen for soba noodles.
Currently, they only serve soba noodles, but they plan to start serving udon noodles from June 24th.

This time I selected the mini curry set.

The soup for the soba noodles has a sweet flavor with bonito stock.
It's not salty so you can gulp it down.

The soba noodles are chewy.

The mini curry is not spicy so anyone can eat it.
If you want a hearty meal, order the regular-sized curry set.

Shichimi pepper and chili flakes were available as table condiments.
I'm grateful that I can use it according to my preferences.

By the way, the name of the store is "STAND SOBA TOKYO," but the receipt said "Stand Soba Iwamotocho Branch."
So does that mean that "STAND SOBA TOKYO" on the former site of "Iwamotocho Stand Soba" is also "Stand Soba Iwamotocho store"?
