TCGs have been all the rage lately.
There are many card shops in Akihabara!
With so many areas to choose from, from beginners to collectors, it can be hard to know where to go! So, let's introduce Akihabara's TCG stores, divided by genre, including Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Duel Masters!

This time, we've compiled a list of shops that have dueling spaces!

Duel Masters stores

Amenity Dream Akihabara store - Near Bellesalle Akihabara

A card shop near the intersection where Bellesalle Akihabara is located.
MTG (Magic: The Gathering), Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon cards, etc.
There are 24 dueling seats on the 5th floor and 128 seats on the 7th floor.

Yellow Submarine Akihabara Main Store ★ Mint - Hobby shop in the Radio Hall

A hobby shop located on the 6th floor of Akihabara Radio Kaikan.
In addition to plastic models, figures, and board games, they also sell cards.
The duel space has 24 seats and is free to use.

Otachū. Akihabara 5th store - Expanded and relocated from Building 1

They also sell Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokemon, and Dragon Ball Super Divers cards.
There are 32 seats in the dueling space, which can be used free of charge.

Card Kingdom Akihabara Station Store - A TCG specialty shop in front of the station

A TCG specialty shop located across from Radio Kaikan.
Different cards are available on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors.
Duel space available.

Card Shop Azumaya -MTG Specialty Store

A shop specializing in MTG located near Kanda Myojin Shimo-sasa Station.
There is also a dueling space.

Card Shop Spiral - Card Shop on Junk Street

A card shop on Junk Street.
In addition to Yu-Gi-Oh! and DM (Duel Masters), they also buy and sell PriChan and Aikatsu Planet.

Card Shop Beams Akihabara Main Store - Above the Gashapon Hall

A card shop located above Gashapon Kaikan.
There is a wide variety of Pokemon cards.

Card Shop Pompoko - Former site of Laox Akihabara Main Store South Building

They sell Pokemon cards, Duel Masters, and Yu-Gi-Oh!
There are 32 seats available for free dueling.
It will reopen at a new store on August 11, 2023.

Card Bank Akihabara Store -Liberty TCG Specialty Store

We carry Weiss Schwarz, Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG, Build Divide, and more.
There are 16 seats in the duel space.

Card Max Akihabara Store - Above the Wind Dragon

A card shop located on top of Hakata Fuuryu, the building across the street from Tirol Chocolate Shop.
We carry MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh, DM, etc.
Duel space available.

Card Lab AKIHABARA Gamers B1 Store - A wide selection of Bushiroad TCGs

The store opened in October 2021 on the basement floor of Gamers.
There are 32 seats in the duel space.
In addition to Pokemon cards and DMs, there is a wide selection of Bushiroad TCGs.

Card Lab Akihabara Radio Kaikan Main Branch -Large dueling space available

Card Lab on the 9th floor of Radio Kaikan.
We handle MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc.
There is a dueling space with a maximum of 100 seats.

Card Land Akihabara Store - Above the railway specialty store

A card shop located on the third floor of the Sotokanda Building, which also houses a specialty train model shop.
The titles they handle include Battle Spirits, Gundam War, Digimon, Gate Ruler, and Vanguard.
Duel space available.

Clove Base Akihabara - A card shop with a cafe and bar

A card shop located on the 6th floor of Chom Chom Akihabara, near the Showa-dori ticket gate of Akihabara Station.
In addition to the sales space, there is also a cafe area where you can have card battles, a bar area, and more.

Shaka Shaka Trading Cards - 30 duel spaces

A shop that sells Vanguard (VG), Fire Emblem Cipher, Wixoss, Digica, and Battle Spirits cards.
There are 30 seats available for dueling.

Surugaya Akihabara Trading Card and Board Game Store - Surugaya Real Store

This is a card and board game specialty store at one of the many physical Surugaya stores in Akihabara.
There are 16 seats available for dueling.
By the way, this is the Surugaya store closest to Suehirocho Station.

Chelmo Akihabara store - Near Suehirocho

A card shop located above a Chinese restaurant near Suehirocho Station.
They mainly deal with Pokemon cards.
Duel space available.

TCGshop 193 Akihabara Store - A large card shop

A general card shop located near Junk Street that handles a variety of cards.
The sales floor is spacious, allowing you to browse products stress-free.
It has a dueling space with over 100 seats.

Dragon Star Akihabara Station Store - A card shop located near the station and just off the Electric Town exit

A new store opened in March 2022.
The duel space has seating for up to 80 people, and social gatherings and duel events are frequently held here.

CARDWINGS Akihabara Station Store

This shop opened in March 2024 on the site of the former Trading Card Cave.
There are 160 seats reserved for dueling.

Trading Cards Bankoku Akihabara Store - Located in Liberty Building No. 5 along Chuo Street

A card shop located on the 6th floor of Liberty Building 5.
They carry Pokemon cards, Digimon cards, FE Cipher, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Build Divide, Shadowverse Evolve, and more.
There is a dueling space that can be used freely.

BIGMAGIC Akihabara Store - Search inventory on a tablet

A card shop on the 9th floor of Radio Kaikan.
You can search for the card you want on the tablet in the store.
We carry MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh, DM, etc.
Duel space available.

Fukufuku Trading Cards Akihabara Store - Near GiGO Akihabara Building 5

A card shop located above Chinese Tea House Banri.
They sell Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokemon cards, DM, Weiss, and more.
The dueling space has 84 seats.

Furuichi Trading Card Park AKIBA Radio Hall Store

A card shop located on the 7th floor of Akihabara Radio Kaikan.
There are 32 free dueling seats in the COVID-19 prevention measures.
In addition to trading cards, we also sell and buy PS5, Nintendo Switch, retro games, and more.

Pocket Center Akihabara - A Pokemon card specialty store along Chuo Street

A Pokemon card specialty store located along Chuo-dori Street near Suehirocho Station.
Supplies are also plentiful.

Hobby Station Akihabara Main Store -Next to Radio Department Store

Hobby Station is located in Mori Building, next to Tokyo Radio Department Store.
Cards available include MTG, VG, and Digica.
Duel space available.

magipoke Akihabara Station Store - Pokemon Card Specialty Store

A Pokemon card specialty store located in the New Akihabara Center Building.
It will open on the former Renoir site on October 15, 2023. There will be a total of 16 free dueling seats.
