Report on the Ultraman Genealog: The DNA of Special Effects Held at TDC
The event, which was held several times in Kamata,特撮のDNA" is being held from September 5th to October 18th, 2020 at Gallery AaMo in Tokyo Dome City, which is within walking distance from Akihabara.
Photography was allowed inside the venue, so I'll give you a little glimpse of what it was like.
The DNA of Special Effects: Ultraman Genealogy

Temperature checks are conducted at the entrance.
Tickets are purchased online.
I was able to enter without having to queue.

Upon entering, you will see panels of all the Ultraman characters.

The monster prop displays included Booska, Namegon, the Other Dimension Train, and Windam (I didn't take any photos of them), so it may not be enough for monster nerds.

The most spectacular photo spot in the universe.

You can also take unlimited photos of Silvergull hinges.

I'm happy to see the Great and Powered on display.

Not only the Triple Fighter, but also the masks of the Red Fighter, Green Fighter, and Orange Fighter were on display.

Mirrorman, Gridman, and Andro Melos suits.

It's cracked...

Andromars flying doll.
There were many flying dolls on display, so flying doll enthusiasts will be satisfied.

Ultraman suits were lined up in the center of the venue.
Occasionally there are smoke and light effects.

Tiga perspective doll.
As expected, many people were taking photos with the same composition as Gungun Cut.

Illustrations by Tatsuji Kajita will also be on display.
I was happy that there were so many Mirrormen.
So, even just a small part of it is packed with content.
Why not drop by while you're in Akihabara?
