An ordinary apartment building in a residential area.
It's somewhere between Shin-Okachimachi and Kuramae.
It seems to be Akihabara.
There were many similar apartment buildings around, and it took a while to find it, but it wasn't very interesting.

We quickly found it after turning off the busy road onto a side street.

These are the self-proclaimed Akihabara spots that we discovered this time.
However, I don't think this is all there is to it.
There are still many undiscovered Akihabara areas and newly born Akihabara areas.
Akihabara may be expanding at this very moment.
